    Hi there,

    I had an old xbox 360 that I sold to somebody, but I forgot to delete my xbox live profile from it. Is there a way which I can delete that console from my account through the xbox live website?

    Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

    Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

    Hey,

    I Don't Think you can block a console's access to your account, however if it bothers you and you believe that they may use your account, change your password, that way if they do try to sign into your account they will be asked for the new password, and
    without being able to get into the account, hopefully they will find no use of it and just delete it.

    You can certainly do this. Click the link below and follow the instructions to remotely require a password on all Xbox consoles.

    support.xbox.com/.../password-protect-account

    The person who purchased the console will lose access to the account.
