Removed myself from "Family" and now I can't enter Xbox Live

Hello! The story is: I was trying to buy a Picture Pack (Marvel Classic Heroes) from Market Place, but it wouldn't let me buy it because child and teen accounts weren't able to buy it. I'm 17 years old and I thought so weird that I couldn't buy simple pictures.
So I searched for a solution , tried everything even making my account an adult account. So nothing changed. The last think I thought was that the parent account linked with mine could be blocking, so I deleted myself from "Family" in the parent account. Now
I am no more able to enter Xbox live. Every time I try to enter, a message appears saying that my parent account is invalid and that I need to put another. So I try to put the same parent account or the new one I created (since the other wasn't working) and
when I click "accept" in the end of the progress of putting a New parent account, a message appears saying that the action can't be finished and to try again later. I contacted both phone and chat supports, none could solve the problem and both sent a request
for the superior department so it can try to solve my problem. I just don't know how much time It can last, so I'm looking for any solution. I searched the forums, found people with this problem and it wasn't solved. I still have months of xbox live gold,
I want to be able to download the free games and play online, not waste money. Please, can anyone help? I'm writting from the parent account since I can't enter with mine.

I already looked at this. My account was a child account but I removed myself from family then I bringed back myself as adult so my account looks adult but I did some research and I think my ms account and live account have different birth. Can't I just
change my Live account's birth?

 

SECURITY CHECK DOES NOT FUNCTION

Hello,

The Security Check sign in asks for a password for [Removed by Moderator] However, I tried to enter this email address in to get the password and it does not work.

There was never a password for this. I have a family account and now this family member cannot play on Xbox Live. Frustrating beyond belief!!! Please send me a link or something because I can't figure this out and I consider myself reasonably intelligent.
