    Removed from Xbox Ambassador program. Enforcement page says I have a perfect record.


    Thread title sums it up well. I was almost to diamond. I don't cheat, I rarely chat with others, I'm kind to everyone on Discord and the forums. How do I find out what I did? The instructions say to go to the enforcement site and click the orange handshake icon, but that icon is not there. That same page says I have a perfect record and good reputation, and the reputation link shows nothing of mine being reported. I can't think of a single reason this happened. I realize I probably won't get an answer here, but I'd at least like to know where I can file a dispute, because the enforcement page isn't giving me anything.     You'll need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassador staff.

    Having a clean enforcement record is one of the requirements for joining the Ambassador program. Unfortunately there is no way to remove that suspension from your record. Sorry.

    If you've had enforcement action then you would of been removed from the ambassador program which is why you can't access the ambassador page.

    You can not be an xbox ambassador if you have had any enforcement action on your account.
