Removed from XA program, still have blue badge

Discus and support Removed from XA program, still have blue badge in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I got removed from the program a few days ago and i basically have no way back in but that isn’t really my issue.     Removed from XA program, still have blue badge


    I got removed from the program a few days ago and i basically have no way back in but that isn’t really my issue. Since I got removed I lost my level 4 green badge but my blue accessibility badge is still there and I would like it off my profile. Is there anyway a program manager can do this for me since I’m not able to access the program website. Thanks!

    Ambassador issues are not handled via the forums so Ambassadors staff won't see this. They are working on removing badges for those who have been removed from the program. For any further program issues, you would need to email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces).

    "Half the forum(or more) seems to have Fred Perry badges as well now, is basically everyone an ambassador again?"

    I quit the XA program due to nothing being done with it. Im surprised its still going.

    [/quote]As Sparkle mentioned, the Ambassador Program has been merged with the Xpert Program.



    To me this is a good thing, as the Xpert Programs seems to have a lot of energy behind it while the Ambassadors have been very neglected.



    I've been an Ambassador in the past and now it seems I am one again.

    I didn't know about the Xpert program merging with the XA though.
