Removed From The Xbox Ambassador Program

Hello, I was removed from the Xbox Ambassador program on March 15, 2020. Upon learning this, I reached out to the xboxambs email. After waiting a little over a month, I got the reason for removal on April 23, 2020 The following is the communication between
the Ambassador team and me.

Xbox Ambassador:

Hello,

Thank you for your patience while we looked into what was happening with your account’s Xbox Ambassador status. After attempting some fixes and communicating with other teams, we’ve learned that
the reason your account’s Ambassador status was removed was due to an enforcement action.

When an Xbox Ambassador receives an enforcement, their Ambassador status is automatically removed. Their account then becomes ineligible to rejoin. In the future, we may allow former Ambassadors
to return; however, there is no guarantee that this will happen.

Thank you again for your patience in this matter. We know this may not be the resolution you were hoping for, and we apologize for the delay.

Your passion and interest in the Xbox Ambassadors is appreciated, and we sincerely hope to see a continued positive presence from you on Xbox.

Hello,

I'm confused as to what enforcement action has been taken against me. In looking through the enforcement page associated with my account and it appears that I have a "perfect record". Maybe I am missing something,
but I have included some of the research I have done on my own.

All of the below files were screenshots obtained on 4-3-2020 at 10:10AM.

I clicked to become an Ambassador, strictly to test if it would give me a reason why I couldn't rejoin the Ambassador program. It came up with the three reasons as to why I wouldn't. As you can see, the reason
that I don't "meet the requirements" to join is because I must have at least 1,500 gamerscore. This is incorrect, as I have far more than that amount. You'll also notice that there is no prior enforcement against me.

Here is my enforcement page. As you can see, it says that I have a perfect record. I attempted to find a way to see if there had been any enforcement pending against me and was unable to. It simply wasn't
there. I have also just checked again while writing this email, and I have the same page.

This is a screenshot of my profile, which shows my current gamerscore. As you can see, it is over the requirement of 1,500 gamerscore.

Please look into this further, and if you could explain to me as to why I cannot see the enforcement against me on my end. If the enforcement was done by a Xbox Ambassador CM for something on
the forums, I would like to know which action I had taken to receive removal (I honestly cannot think of anything I had done to break the guidelines).

I'm hoping that this is just a mistake, please advise further.

I never received any further contact from the Xbox Ambassador team. I emailed them once again on May 26, 2020 to see if they had received my "appeal", but I never got a response.

I felt like I've waited long enough, and figured that maybe my post here would get more attention.
