*Removed from the ambassador program?!

I was removed from the ambassador program for.... Well I don't know that part I was attempting to sign in and being told that I have been removed. I love helping fellow xbox members and enjoyed helping in this program. I let it go assuming that by now I
could have been forgiven. Unfortunately I have not been for whatever it is that I did wrong. I did get the message that explained why, however it closed before I could read it. Im not entirely sure but while reading the terms of use it said you could be removed
for sending the wrong information? My computer was having major problems, so perhaps this is why I have been banned? Either way I think it is silly that I didn't receive a second chance for that because it's not really my fault my computer wanted to mess up.

You are still showing as being an ambassador here on your gamercard. YOu can see the wreath. Can you access the ambassador forums? forums.xbox.com/.../2590.aspx
If you can, then you have not been removed.

 

Ambassadors are expected to comply with the Xbox Live Code of Conduct and Terms of Use.
Additionally, because Ambassadors provide peer-to-peer support with the official blessing of Microsoft, we have the following additional requirements:

• Ambassadors should NEVER request personal information, including but not limited to: Email address, billing information, personally identifiable information, and 5x5 codes for digital content on Xbox Live. Doing so will result in immediate removal from
  the program, and possible enforcement action.
• If indicating Ambassadorship outside of Xbox Live, such as on a third party website or chat room, Ambassadors should NOT provide incorrect information, act in an unbecoming way, or otherwise violate the Xbox Live Code of Conduct.
  Doing so can result in removal from the program.
• Ambassadors should make a best attempt to be helpful in support interactions. Ambassadors with an average chat rating of 4.0 or below are subject to removal from the program, as are Ambassadors who are obtrusive or markedly unhelpful in the Official Xbox
  Forums.
• Ambassadors should never abuse or attempt to cheat the Ambassadors chat system. Doing so will result in immediate removal from the program.
  

There`s not really anything you or anyone else can really do about this at this point, You should have read the Ambassador FAQ

 

Thanks for posting and I hope that prince has explained to you the possible reasons why you have been removed from the ambassadors program hope you can get back to the program if not good luck and have fun gaming .

 

Is there anyone that I can talk to that can look this over? No I have no access to my ambassador profile. I refuse to allow this to get in the way of joining the enforcement united program.

 

You should PM Miss Ermine. Hopefully she can look into the issue with your ambassador status.
