Removed from preview program after factory reset

So a few weeks ago i had to reset my console completely bone stock because i got the green screen of death. However after i reset it i went to go and download the preview program only to realize i had been removed. Is there any way i can join back? I've
had people try to invite me but i haven't gotten a message from Xbox Live in like 8 days. I have windows 10 preview and was really looking forward to testing the streaming capability. Anyone got any thoughts or could someone help me rejoin somehow?

My console keeps locking up every time I try and install a new game.

In the most extreme case a factory reset maybe in order. What you can try to do first is a couple of things, remove your primary account from the xbox and then re-add the primary account (make sure you know the password). This will force xbox live to sync with the console. If you suspect you have networking issues, clear your mac address and hard reset the console. That is the easiest thing to try first. If the problem persists contact support. Also are you a member of the preview program or no ?

Update Wiped Accounts From My Xbox

Hi, did you opt out of the preview program recently ? if so then your Xbox will have been factory reset when the Xbox was removed from the preview which may explain why you had to set everything up again.

you need post in preview forums, or you can do a factory reset on your console and remove yourself and the console from the preview program and then you will not run into these issues again.

If you decide that you don't want to get Preview updates anymore you can opt out in the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You won't be removed from the programme straight away; it won't happen until the current update is released to the general public. If you
change your mind, you can always re-register your console later using the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview programme:

Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.
Select Registration.
Under Manage flights, select Change.

Note If you have more than one console in the programme, you can change their statuses by usingManage other consoles.
Under Manage programmes, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.

If you run into any issues, post in the private Xbox Early Access forums for help.

Note Your console won't be removed from the programme until the current Preview update is released to the general public, so it won't happen right away. Until then, your console's status will show as Pending.
