    i was removed due to a 24 hour ban mistake i have spoken to xbox support but they dont know about the program so told me to ask here. reference number is 1372737211 any help appreciated

    You still have your forums badge so I expect you are still part of the program. I would contact Miss Ermine, she should be able to help you out.

    Removed from Ambassador Program !

    I got removed from the program, no e-mail and no nothing. I didn't do anything bad, I got accepted, and still had some idiotic bugs, like being unable to receive an answer from the helpee in the Ambassabank, I wasn't able to acces the Ambassador Forums,
    no AAmbassador Forum Badge, even if I was in the program. I need an explanation. NOW.

    Hi there,

    to be sure, what exactly do you mean by ban mistake?

    Side note: Any enforcement action (even the 24h ones), will result in being removed from the Ambassador program.

    i was in a party chat and a person in the game messaged me saying to enjoy my ban and i messaged back by saying i wasnt banned then i got enformcement message few minutes later (i know everyone says they were innocent but in this case i actually was)

    but from what you have said i will be removed from the program. is there no way i can get back in as i really enjoyed it

    Got a link by any chance? i can't seem to do anything related to the Ambassador Program at the minute because of this problem, Can't View/Access the forums, website or anything.

    I also want to add that although you may have been removed as an ambassador, there is nothing stopping you from continuing to help out gamers in need of assistance if you choose to do so. There is no judgement here :)

    I would actually suggest sending a pm to xboxambassadors for an answer (although they have no obligation to reply) as you will not get an answer on Live forums.

    One of the requirements for being an ambassador is that you haven't had an enforcement action in the past year. So you'll want to try rejoining after it's been a year since your suspension.
