    Removed from Ambassador Program?


    I Have an Enforcement Action on my account from 1/6/17

    However I've only recently been removed from the program for some reason.

    I've been using it frequently and even won my Xbox One S Console from a competition on there.

    I Had the rank of Founder and have been an ambassador for numerous years.

    I Spoke to Support when i received my Enforcement Action and we Discussed it and he said he'd escalate it, to which i received an email a few days later saying they had looked into it, and that i shouldn't have received the enforcement action taken on my
    account but due to it being just a 24 hour suspension of message/party system and that by the time they had emailed me there was no reason to take the action further.

    I Agreed with that, and was happy to just carry on, but i log into the ambassador program today and receive the message:

    "You have been removed from the Xbox Ambassadors Program. This could be due to a lapse in your Xbox Live Gold Membership or an Enforcement
    action on your account    . For additional support, please visit the Ambassadors Access Forum."

    I Can't post inside the Ambassador Access Forum due to my Access being revoked.

    I Spoke to an Agent today who suggested i post here and has marked on my account about the enforcement action to be reviewed again and they can file their dispute.

    Removed from Ambassador?

    I'm pretty sure if you're inactive for 60 days you get removed from the program, but you can re-apply whenever.

    Removed from Ambassador?

    Quick question all. I registered to be an Ambassador about a year ago, got really into the forums for about 3 months, then had a baby, and the job got more demanding, and I look today, and my ambassador forum is gone. Have they removed me from the program?

    Got a link by any chance? i can't seem to do anything related to the Ambassador Program at the minute because of this problem, Can't View/Access the forums, website or anything.

    You would just look up those gamertags and send them a message over Live.

    I also want to add that although you may have been removed as an ambassador, there is nothing stopping you from continuing to help out gamers in need of assistance if you choose to do so. There is no judgement here :)

    I would actually suggest sending a pm to xboxambassadors for an answer (although they have no obligation to reply) as you will not get an answer on Live forums.

    One of the requirements for being an ambassador is that you haven't had an enforcement action in the past year. So you'll want to try rejoining after it's been a year since your suspension.
