    I have had numerous problems in the past with Microsoft stealing my money from charges that where not approved. For example yesterday I notice $150 in charges for Fortnite that we had not approved. I removed all cc info and changed all my subscription to
    auto renew off. I did this to all my Xbox’s on the Xbox’s themselves and also on my computer to make sure everything was deleted and renewals where all off. This morning I woke up and boom more charges. So far a total of near $200 has been taking from my bank
    account unauteriozed. This is stealing and I know it’s happining nw for a fact this needs to be taking care of ASAP

    Your payment instrument could not be authorized. Please contact your provider, or try a different payment option.

    Not sure why but all 3 of my payment options come up with this. The other error i get is that it "cannot process the payment at this time.

    Cleared both system and marketplace cache

    Verified all CC info

    removed then re inserted all cc info

    verified there is money in there removed cc info and still I get charges :)

    Please help?

    Did your xbox one shipt. I just received a shipping notificatio that my xbox one has shipped.

    I was charged today, but didn't get an email yet....I preordered in Aug and updated my cc info last week, should get it soon hopefully.

    We spoke to MicrosoftXBox today and gave them my cc number but they say they have no account/charges that show up. They said whoevever used my card number(s) removed the info after using. ????

    If you want to remove your CC info and it wont allow you to, call you CC company and have them remove all payments from XBL

    Can't buy microsoft points. "Can't authorize the selected payment option."

    Go to billing.microsoft.com and set CC B as the main form of payment then remove CC A.

    As for being charged 1 euro, that is just a confirmation that the card is active and should be returned.
