Removed as an Ambassador

I was removed from the Ambassador program because of a profile picture that wasn't even anything bad just a person who went viral for self defense and it "violated" the terms or whatever, Ive had the profile picture before i even joined the program i want my badge back. Not to mention they gave me a COMM BAN over it no warning or anything to change my profile pic..

Sorry but once you are removed from the program, that's it.

The one year of no enforcement action only applies to new ambassadors looking to join, not ambassadors who have been removed.

There has been an issue with the background check for the program not working correctly and not removing Ambassadors when it was supposed to. That was fixed yesterday which is why you were just now removed from the program. You can email Ambassador staff at xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces), but as noted above, if you receive an enforcement action as an Ambassador, you are banned from the program.
