i wasn't able to connect on Xbox live on my Xbox 1 console and sometimes signing in and out of profile was not working either. So i posted on the Xbox Twitter account seeking help. I was told to remove my profile and add it back again And power cycle the
console. After doing these steps my game score went to zero and all my achievements and captures and evertything. Can someone pls help me I have all my digital purchases on that account and I am only able to log on the Xbox website using a Von as the outage
map show trouble in Europe and middle eastern region with Xbox services. Please help.

Someone Please Help Me With My Gamer Score!

So I downloaded this Xbox gamer score program. At the time I didn't know what it did, I thought it would add actual games to my account and not achievements. But anyways, I used it and my profile has alot of 0 achievement games. I did not realize that: A. you were not supposed to do this & B. That it would give me a bunch of 0 achievement games. Can someone please help me?!?! I created an account and everything just to post this one thing.
*None of the games I want to remove have achievements... Its just that there are so many (600) that I wanna remove them all at once*

My gamerscore went down

hello im having a gamerscore issue my gamer score was at 58,158 now its at 39,458 please help also on some of my games are at 0 and I know i unlocked them please please help me i called support and theres nothing they can do.

Have you tried removing your profile and then adding your profile back?

I would advise against deleting your profile, customer support told me to do this and now I can't retrieve my profile. They then said that they are doing an update

I just removed my profile from my XBOX one account and then added it back in with no problem. When I go to play a 360 game and try to download my profile, it keeps telling me that the password is not correct. Please advise.

I should also say that I have now tried removing and adding back my account, and doing a full reboot.

I had this issue a while ago, the thing that fixed it was contacting Xbox Live support to remove the game license from my account and then adding it back afterwards.
