You're probably trying to create a new account, instead of just downloading your "cloud based" account, that still exists on the Live servers, waiting to be downloaded to your console.

In case you really want to start over as if you've never owned an account before (also losing your purchases on the old account), you can't use your Microsoft Account email you used before.

You will have to create a new Microsoft Account along with a new Gamertag.

No.You would need to delete everything.There is a way he could access the downloaded content but that would be classed as marketplace theft & is against the terms & conditions.
