Removed account HELP

It’s not possible to create an account/profile with an email address associated to another account. Microsoft doesn’t recycle email addresses, so even if the account was completely closed, the email address would then permanently stay inactive and an account can’t be created with that one.

Is it possible there was an alias (secondary email address) connected to your son’s account that was being used to access it and sign in?

Try all potential email address and password combinations for the account that was deleted from the console. What happens when your son tries to sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/account and https://www.xbox.com/?

I've heard about similar situations, if you are sure the same email address was used then it's best to contact Xbox Support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us they should be able to see if there are indeed two accounts connected to the same email address and advise on what to do next.

Is not possible to create a new Microsoft account (email address) and replace the old one

If your son doesn't remember the previous email, you may need to proceed with the account recovery form:

Or you could try alternative methods to recover your account here:

You (or him) can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

In cases like this no one Microsoft agent can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies

Unfortunately, you cannot delete an account completely. You can just stop using it, but it won't be deleted. From the looks of it, you're not an Xbox LIVE Gold Member, so you won't need to cancel a subscription, but if you need to cancel a subscription to
another account, you can visit this link:

If blocking them isn't working, then try removing your profile from the console, then redownload it. That might help with your issue. Instructions on how to remove the profile, and redownload is here
