Thanks to your “update”, I now can no longer have my headphones full blast. I like to listen to spotify while I play my games. It used to be that I could turn it up as loud as I wanted, and not lose game volume. Now after the crap setting you added where
it now lowers gme volume past the half way marker for the volume controls on spotify and does nothing to the music volume, you kinda ruined my gaming experience. No, its not my headphones, no itsnot the settings because they were removed, yes, i’ve tried this
with multiple games. Yes, it began after the update, and no, your useless knowledgebase article can’t fix this. Its not up to you when it comes to how loud I listen to my music. I’ve already agreed to the TOS, its not your fault if I hurt my hearing. Remove this
mistake you made immediately or add a feature to remove it.

Remove automatic billing

I've already spent an hour trying to remove my credit card details only to have your website tell me that I can't because I have to put in new payment information for auto-renewing my subscription. Please remove my payment details and remove me from any
auto-renewal program for xbox live gold.

Can't remove payment method!

I'm having trouble removing my PayPal account from my Xbox one. When I try to remove it, it says it is still used for one or more subscriptions on your account. Before you remove it, change your payment option or turn off auto-renew for your subscriptions.

I turned off auto renew but still get this same message. Any ideas?

All of these objects can cause signal attenuation and degrade your Wi-Fi signal which will impact performance

If your account is set to auto-renew, that would be why you can not remove the card. You will need to turn off the auto-renew than remove the card. Auto-renew can only actually do its work if there is a card to charge, and removing the card first does not
turn it off and can break the system, which is why it wont let you remove the card first.

In short, turn off auto-renew, then try removing your card.

To isolate the issue:

The volume of your headset seems to be low has this been maximize before and did the issue persist?

Would you mind unplugging your headset and allowing your friend's audio and game's audio come through the speakers of the PC while recording?

Is your Discord's Settings set up on Attenuation in 0% and When others speak turned on?

This is just a guess, but I think your HDMI is probably set to "HDMI (Auto detect)". If so, try changing this to "HDMI" instead, then manually set your output resolution and your audio output again. Now the audio settings should stay put after resuming...
