    Remove Xbox One Games completely from Xbox Live


    Hi guys,

    I had 2 Xbox One Games on my Xbox One. I uninstalled them and sold the Discs.

    Now when I open GoG Galaxy, this application still shows these 2 Games in my Collection.

    It means that there must still Information be saved about these games On my Xbox Account.

    How can I delete these Information? When I used Xbox 360, it was possible to manage the save files in the cloud. I think on Xbox One, this is not possible anymore. I would have to mange the Game date from the Game Menue on my Xbox. Bit this Menue doesnt
    exist anymore since I uninstalled the games and dont have the discs anymore...

    So is there an other option to completely remove all the game date?

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you are unable to complete the transaction for any backward compatible titles for the Xbox One. Have you ever been able to purchase or claim a backward-compatible game before, using your account?
    Are you a child account? If so, you would have to complete these transactions on an Xbox 360 console.

    To troubleshoot this issue, We recommend starting off by removing your account from the Xbox one and then re-downloading it. This will help re-sync your profile and profile information to Xbox live. Let us know if this helps.

    Let's start off by having you remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One, power down your console completely, and then add your profile back. Let us know how it goes :)

    Please give these steps a try:

    • Remove your Xbox Live profile from your Xbox One Console
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One until the console completely powers off
    • Re-add your Xbox Live profile to your console
    Let us know if that works or not so we can further investigate the issue if needed.
