    I recently purchased a preowned xbox one and I was told by support to post on forum to get help to remove xbox one from the preview beta. I have tried to remove/unenroll in the preview but says to use the account that was added with it but I don't have
    access to the account as I have bought this xbox preowned. I would like this preview beta removed from my xbox one console please and thank you

    From a laptop or Desktop...Download the Insider app and then login to it...goto settings and manage devices and then remove the correct xbox from the preview beta...wait 3-5 minutes, then refresh the page...it should be good to go now. Only problem is

    Being in the Preview Program is exactly why your Xbox is acting weird. The preview program is essentially beta-testing for the next firmware release, and bugs are to be expected and reported.

    You should have access to a private forum for Preview Program members. They can offer you more specialized help.

    You have to use the registration app on your Xbox One to be removed from the preview program. Be advised this will remove you from all future previews, but you will remain in the current wave.

    You are likely on the Preview Program, which is essentially a beta-testing platform for future firmware updates. Bugs and weird system behavior are to be expected.

    You should have access to a private subforum for Preview Program members only. They can offer you more specialized help.
