Remove XBOX ONE from My Account Device

I have the same problem, the remove option won't even show, this absurd that you can even prevent an ilegal device in your account at least in my case is like that because I do not recognize the console in my home or accounts, the time for chat with someone
is ridiculous and instead of going down number goes up from waiting order. ?????? Why can't we just check our account and make changes as we need it for safety?

If you're having issues removing the console on the website, you'll want to contact the chat or phone team for assistance with removing the console from your profile.

Thanks for getting back to us. Currently, we don't have a way to choose to remove the account from all your devices. If you would like to remove your account from any device you would have to
manually go and choose to remove the account through the device.

To Remove your Microsoft account from your devices:

Go to Settings
> Accounts > Your account

Tap or click Disconnect my Microsoft account, and restart the device



One thing we have available is to remove the devices from your Microsoft account when you
sign in through our Device section online, (ex; if you registered an Xbox One S on your account it will show up under your devices section)this will allow you to
remove the device from the account but this doesn't remove your account from the device.

Hello, sorry to hear you are having this issue.

First try using a different browser to when accessing the webpage to remove your account form a device.

I am unsure which device you are trying to remove your account from so I have linked Remove account from Xbox One,
and Remove account from Xbox 360.

Go to the devices page, sign in, then click "More actions" next to the device you want to remove and an option to remove it is there.
