Remove Xbox from my account

I signed into an Xbox that was my friends Xbox and when I use Microsoft.com to remove that Xbox it says link doesn't work I desperately need that Xbox off my account

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.Click to expand...

After I removed my account from my own Xbox she was able to do the switch so for anyone that has the same problem
