Remove Xbox Account Attached to E-mail

So, I have an e-mail that's super old. I no longer use it unless I have to b/c it gets a ton of spam. To make a long story short, I clicked on the wrong thing and got hit by a phishing scam. To change my password on the e-mail I use everyday, it sent
me to my old one here. The 2nd message below my code is Microsoft saying my account is delinquent and the auto-renewal charges need to be updated. There's a gamertag attached to my email, that I never created. How do I get them to remove this gamertag?
It's not me, it's never been me, and it will never be me. Does anyone know anything I can do to get rid of this, or do I have to bite the bullet and deactivate my old e-mail?

If
the emails are Outlook, Live or Hotmail you cannot switch them between the accounts since it would delete the account (Inbox).

Side
Note: you can use other emails such as Yahoo, Gmail, Aol, etc.

You
can attempt to
switch the primary alias, however you will need to leave
it on the account as the secondary email. It will be similar to musical chairs.
You will first need to create a "dummy" account that you don't care for (or create a new one on another website like Gmail or Yahoo just for this). Then you will move that email
to the account you want the gamertag on. It could take up to 48 hours for the emails to update across all systems.

You can attach the old email to the new account and it should leave the unkown tag where it is if not the make a junk email and attach the unknown tag to it and let it go away

I am assuming that when you sign up for elite, you are using the e-mail attached to Druidnator90210 on Xbox.

Changing the e-mail your account is attached to would only affect the e-mails you're receiving from Xbox. We do have steps listed for
