remove the ban

Hi, I'm contacting you regarding a ban I received last night.

I don't understand that being banned while the conversation I had with the player concerned (xl N0name lx) has nothing insulting about it is in the game. See for yourself the discussion with (xl N0name lx).

On the other hand this player (xl N0name lx) who threatens me with banishment and manages to have him (he must work at Microsoft) insulting me while playing with words (example: mm in French to talk about your mother) and that he can continue to provoke
other players it is not cool.

What I ask is to play my games without being insulted without cheating and unsportsmanlike behaviour.

I respect all players, I am fairplay but when others you insult your family you report them but unfortunately there are many like (xl N0name lx).

I ask you to please remove this ban so I can join my groups of friends to chat and play.

Remove permanent ban

Just a heads up KevinXH, you wont get your ban lifted, it aint happening.

Now you can either one of three things:

live with this, move on and buy another console (and hopefully learn from your mistake)

Rage on these forums (which will get you nowhere)

Buy a rivals console.

Take your pick, but whatever you do please learn from whatever it is you did that got you banned.

 

For information about your suspension and to see about submitting a case review, you would need to go to
http://enforcement.xbox.com

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on the other person via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
