    I am attempting to download World War Z from the Xbox store on PC using gamepass. Upon attempting to download and install the game, I am met with the notification:

    This is rated above 's Restrictions

    World War Z is rated above the restrictions set on this account. To install, please ask an adult to sign in and download. Or you can continue to browse hundreds of games in the store.

    I am 26. My profile and all email accounts attached to it are my actual birthday and will be 26. I have attempted to look at the family controls which take me to the family page where I can create a group, but not do anything about my restrictions. I have also attempted to find a solution in content controls, but to no avail. Any idea on a fix for this issue?

    According to the explanation you have provided, please make sure to follow the following steps in order to fix your issue.

    Manage Xbox online safety and privacy settings for your family group | Xbox Support

    The next step will be for you to try and perform a power cycle to your console by pressing down the power button on your console for 10 seconds until you make sure it is off. After that please unplug the power cable and wait for 10-15 seconds, then plug it back and switch your console on.

    Unable to remove family restrictions

    Actually - I think I have solved it. I went to my wife's account and kicked myself off the family account, then readded myself. Seems to have worked.

    Thanks again. Sign in and out didn't work. He's just tried to play among us online and got a message saying he couldn't and parent needs to customise xbox privacy settings in manage family members but I've done all that already?????
