Remove personal info from xbox account

How can I remove payment information from my xbox account (remove saved credit card info, address, name etc.)? Don't you dare tell me it's not possible. I just found out I can't remove my xbox account at all (jesus...).

just to add, the reason you cannot remove the Xbox account is that IS the Microsoft account, the Microsoft account covers lots of services from Microsoft and obviously they cannot be removed or split as it is just ONE account.

Hello Microbrainn, you can manage/remove payment methods from your Microsoft account by logging in with your account at the link below.

https://account.microsoft.com/billing/payments

Note: If you want to remove your credit card from your account, you'll need to see if you don't have any active subscriptions to your account, such as Live Gol, Ultimate etc. and turn off auto-renewal so you can then remove the card.

Please do not post personal information on the Xbox.com Forums, its to protect you from scammers, hackers, etc. Here is how you remove an emial from an account:

support.xbox.com/.../change-xbox-live-account-info

If you believe that your account was compromised please contact your local Xbox LIVE Phone Support to open an Unauthorized Access investigation.

Report and block the person. Also change your privacy settings that you can only get messages from friends. This is everything you could do.
