REMOVE PERMA BAN FROM ACCOUNT

Hello,

My name is Jacob [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information]. I have been contacting support for the last three hours and they finally sent me here.

Here's my situation. My account Stanlee Yelnats , Email: [Mod Removed - Please do not post personal information] has been banned forever. I'm the owner of the account I can prove it

I have contacted support multiple times on this issue. They send me to the enforcement page, but I am not able to file an appeal on that account. I've tried multiple times with the help of your support staff.

The issue is I let my little brothers and I have no idea what they did, but they got my account banned. I wouldn't really care except I have thousands of dollars worth of games and movies on that account and I now have no way of accessing them. I have no
way of contacting the enforcement team either. I understand that they must of done something serious to get my account banned and they will be punished accordingly. That being said they are still young kids and immature didn't mean anything by what they did.

Now this is what brings me here. My account is permabanned and i understand why I see that they have been harrassing people through messages. I apologize for what they did I truly had no idea what they were doing on my account i usually only play when new
games come out, I'm a junior in college. That being said I need some way to contact enforcement or someone from your offices to help me with my situation. Like i said before I have thousands of dollars worth of games and movies on my account and I can no longer
access them. I need some way to get these games and movies back in my possession. The two culprits will no longer have access to my accounts. I just need access to my account again so I can be able to play my games.

I feel robbed, I've been a loyal customer to Microsoft for many years and spent well over $10,000 on its products. I have easily over $1,000 dollars worth of games and movies on that account that I no longer have access to. Something needs to be done about
this and I would appreciate if someone could ACTUALLY HELP me with my situation, every time i contact someone I'm sent somewhere else. PLEASE CONTACT ME ASAP, I wish to fix the mistakes my younger brothers made and try and get my games and movies back.

Perma ban xbox one account.

If you modded your account there is almost no chance that they will remove the perma ban

1 dude. So many different troll accounts. Isn't there a way to perma ban all of them?

 

This is a follow up I feel I wasn't specific enough. My little brothers play on my account daily, I give them my account password and info so my mother doesn't have to spend the money on games, especially since I am already buying the games for my self.
I see now they've had my account suspended multiple times, I had no idea the email associated with that account is ancient and I never encountered not being able to play myself.

Please I've been a loyal customer to microsoft for years and spent well into the high thousands on your products. This is the first time I've ever had trouble with microsoft. I need something to be done about this, I was just robbed by you guys for over
a couple grand, and no one can help me?

My two brothers will no longer have access to this account, I don't even care about the account itself. I just want access the the thousands of dollars worth of product I have on that account.

While are unable to provide direct assistance regarding Xbox Live Enforcement actions or Xbox Live account issues, you should be able to file a case review from the >>Xbox
Live Enforcement<< page. If you do not see the option, can you provide us with a screenshot of what you do see please?

This is highly unacceptable; I’ve been a Microsoft customer for years and never had any problems. I have been ROBBED by your corporation. I can’t access my games. When I go to the enforcement page it’s telling me my little brothers got my account suspended
so many times I can’t file a review. It then tells me to do a questionnaire which I have attempted SIX TIMES now and can’t complete them because they are worded In such a way that it’s impossible to get them correct.

I need contact with someone on the enforcement team Immediately, I have tried to go through your system and it is not working.

I have been a loyal customer for years and I’m receiving no HELP. If I’m not contacted ASAP by someone from the enforcement team, or by someone who can get me access to my games and movies I will be forced to take legal actions. Your corporation
robbed me of thousands of dollars and make it impossible to file an appeal. Again I need contacted ASAP by an enforcement agent, I’m fed up with how I’m being treated as a customer.
