Remove Notice of Enforcement

To whom it may concern.

My name is Adam aka Immortal Jedi X on Xbox live. I recently received a notice of enforcement. I investigated to discover I have a two week ban from voice communication and messages on Xbox live.

I know who reported me but I don't believe the person who investigated and banned me did the same to the person who reported me. The person initialized the confrontation.

The person who reported me antagonized me first with pornographic language which begins with the letter P.

A fact the person who investigated the issue and banned only me failed to see.

I have been with Xbox from the beginning of the Xbox brand. I have a 14 year gold account. Until this ban I have had no bans or negative record of any kind.

After 14 years of gold with no negative record or reports this clearly indicates I am a " good clean player " on Xbox live who gets along well with others.

I have spent thousands on the Xbox brand. Every generation since the first Xbox I have always bought a console for my kids and a console for me along with hundreds of games each generation and additional hardware DLC etc. Also additional replacement consoles
through each generation.

I have a gamer score of over 100,000 which I have spent 14 years achieving.

I ask that this ban be lifted immediately and the initial person who reported me be banned as he initialized the confrontation with offensive pornographic language directly insulting me.

I trust an investigation will be opened based on the internal notes which got me banned including the offenders gamer tag and the content of the messages.

I had a 14 year unblemished record until this ban and it's disappointing to have this ban on my record especially since I did not begin the confrontation, I defended myself as anyone would. No one is going to sit and say nothing after being verbally assaulted
on Xbox live.

Please remove this ban and clear my record back to clean. This is not how a loyal long time Xbox brand player with an unblemished record after 14 years straight who has invested thousands of dollars in that time as well should be treated especially when
I did not begin the confrontation. I defended myself.

I also seek justice, I want the initial person who made the report against me banned the same way I have been. Please investigate.

Notice of enforcement

Ive felt this way for a very long time the reporting system is BROKEN. I feel like its just another scam system to generate more cash flow for micirost and does nothing to help the over all comunitty on XBOX LIVE. If I get another Notice of enforcement and
I feel as if I have done nothing wrong I will end my relationship on this gaming platform.

I received a notice of enforcement today and have no idea why i play 1 fane in my xbox fallout 76 i dont mess with mods or modded accounts and you cant mod on console therefore glitches are on the developer games been out 3years fix them already
because i know i DO NOT GLITCH unless it happened mistakenly then i feel i have received the notice in error because as i said i pmay 1 gane 2days a week pointless for me to take any chances with my account when i only play 2days a week oyherwise i watch tv
on my xbox

You will need to log in to your Xbox account.

As long as you are following the Code of conduct which can be found here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct then even if someone reports you then you will not get a notice of enforcement.

Even if you mess up and send someone a message that is a violation of the code of conduct then your account is subject to an enforcement action if that message is reported.

Most enforcement actions do give you the choice of a case review when going to the enforcment teams website enforcement.xbox.com where the enforcement team will reinvestigate the case and decide if they can lift the suspension sooner.

The only way that the enforcement team can be reached is through the case review process. They do not monitor these forums nor do they monitor the chat rooms.
