Remove me from preview program

hi it was recommended to me to come here and ask to remove me from the preview program as it is apparently interfering with my XBL subscription and my ability to obtain GWG

someone just doesn't get forced into the preview program you need to opt for it or now be invited into it. when xbox live selects someone then its up to that person to add their console to the program, meaning the person as to finish the sign up steps to
be officially in the program.

You should have access but if not you might need someone from the official support team to give you access.

Remove me from Preview Program

To start with I have never registered for Preview Program but some how I was pushed into it, went through so issues.

Now please I don't want to be in this program anymore, can someone drop my console out of this, sick of feedback popups.

I get this error when I open Preview Program app, how get out of Preview Program?

It is possible to remove the console from the Insider program yourself by using the Xbox Insider Hub app on the console, Please be aware that at the moment Insiders are running the same software version that is being used by everyone else in the community.

With your games with gold issue have you tried to obtain the content by using the

yes, I have tried to obtain the items from the website and I run into the same problem: even though my profile lists and confirms I have a 12 month subscription, the website will not allow me to obtain GWG for free - it says that I must pay or signup

I'm getting annoyed at this. I was dealing with the Xbox support via twitter and then chat on the website for the better part of a day, only for them to tell me to come here and ask to be removed... only for you to tell me it's not an issue and go over the
same fixes I've tried countless times.

I want this issue resolved. I've paid for a 12 month subscription and i expect to get everything that comes with the subscription, not to be run around by the support with an issue no one can seem to fix.

The steps gds1972 gave to remove yourself from the Insider Program is correct. You'll want to open the app and use that to remove your console. Since you're in the Insider Program though, the best place to post about this issue is in the

Xbox One Preview Forums specifically. The teams that work on that are posting in those sections of the forums, so they would be best to help troubleshoot further.

That link didn't bring me to any preview forum. All I see is a list of forums. More run around to not have the issues resolved. Can i please get this resolved now? I'm tired of posting to get answers that tell me to post again.
