    profile not allowed on live

    all connections show up and running... when i go to MW3 multiplayer it says my profile not allowed on live. new console for xmas and the bundle came with 3 free months of live. In settings every option is checked. Above my avatar, near my emblem there
    is a lock, however... is that lock keeping me from playing???

    Is this located on the Xbox 360 sign-in screen? Do you happen to have to sign in with a pass phrase?

    Avatar Award Problems

    Hey there Heavy! Are these awards not showing as unlocked (lock symbol) or are they showing as unusable (! icon)? Can you go into the storage device and find these awards to see if they show as corrupt there (! icon) and if so, delete them. Clear the console
    cache and then try going into the Avatar Editor again. Let us know if that helps, thanks!

    Well that is weird, because I just tried to compare with you and all I see is a lock symbol and dashes for all your stats. I see under your avatar you've played Assassins Creed II, so I should see something for that game at least. It must be some setting
    I need to change or something.
