Remove Game from Account

My son had someone buy him Grand Theft Auto V. My son is only 13 years old and should not have access to this game. I have done all kinds of restrictive things to his Xbox One, but I really want the game removed from his account. It is like some kind
of Holy Grail for him and I think it should be gone!! I have been in contact with Microsoft Support more than 5 times regarding this issue and have not found a solution. There must be some kind of Double Secret Probation Security group who can remove a game
from an account. I am relentless and will stop at nothing to remove this game from his account. I have contemplated deleting his account but decided that the amount of money I have spent on it makes it too difficult a pill to swallow. Someone has to find
an answer to this problem. There must be some kind of back door way to remove a game. I don't understand why it is okay for someone to buy a 13 year old a game as vile as GTA V!! It is illegal to buy a minor, alcohol, why is it okay to give a game like
GTA V to a minor?????? I am his parent!!! I had nothing to do with this decision!!! In fact, I found out after the fact and have been removing the game daily from his Xbox One!!!! Even if I block him from playing it, he just loves having it show up in
his list of games!!!! Please!!! Please!!!! There MUST BE a solution to this problem!!!!

If you just want to delete the save game information for it, you can go to your System Settings > Memory > Storage Device > Games and press "Y" on Grand Theft Auto IV to delete it. If you purchased the game on your account via the marketplace, there is no
way to remove the license from the account itself.

Hi Webify,

There is 1 solution you can try... it requires making another account. What you can do, you can take full controll of the account with GTA V on it by changing all the login info so he no longer have access to the account, then make a child account for him
to use. Setting one up is easy and you can set the restrictions from all the information provided by others in this post. After that, you should have full controll on what you son can play and download.
