    Remove followers Xbox One


    I wish to remove some unwanted followers, I rang support they said they couldn't help. I've done the usual block etc, no joy upon reading some older forum posts I see it can be dealt with by tech support. Any help greatly appreciated

    Xbox friends and followers

    My xbox one followers number doesn't update when i remove players by blocking them or them deleting me. Please Help

    Can't remove certain followers

    For some reason I can't remove certain followers. Even though I block these certain followers, they still show up in my followers list

    Me too. The "Follower" system is often abused by Trolls. I wish I could opt out and have the old 360 friend request system. I have 419 followers and 89 friends. I don't want followers! XD

    the whole thing is crap, same issue and what really is pissing me off is that i have blocked people and they still appear up saying their online.

    I don't see how that could be the issue. I am not running anything for the preview program. The marketplace app is simply on my console. I am no longer in the preview program and do not receive the updates. My console is no longer registered.

    I simply have the app on my HDD along with all the other apps I've downloaded. There is no OS to run as I do not use the app and have not registered my console again. I simply keep the app in case I ever want to join again.

    Also, I have the new XBOX One dash update that was rolled out last week which is the most current one.

    That may be your issue, if you are still running the preview program OS, that could explain why you are experiencing the glitch, especially since you are no longer receiving updates.
