    Hello, I bought a preowned xbox 360 but it has a family passcode. I tried contacting the online chat support but always gives error and doesn't allow me to connect. How do I remove the passcode?

    You don't have to use the profile of the previous owner. Register with a profile of your own and use that for gaming.

    Deleting and re-downloading the profile that put the family passcode onto the console will remove it from the system.

    Actually JHill, that's for the Family Settings Passcode. Account Passcodes are removed simply by re-downloading profiles.
