Remove all past suspensions

Past enforcement history cannot be removed. Having a clear enforcement history is a requirement for joining the Ambassadors program. There is no way around it. Sorry.

Suspension length can vary based on severity of the situation and past enforcement actions. So there is no exact number of suspensions before it's permanent. You can get a permanent ban without any prior infractions if the action is severe enough.

Once a fix is put in place, the notification about the permanent ban should be removed and either replaced with your actual suspension information or removed altogether. Support doesn't handle suspensions, so you'd have to continue to check the enforcement site for it to show your current suspension.

Not all enforcement actions are suspensions and not all enforcement actions are eligible for a case review for different reasons.

They haven't gone back 6 months or more. There has been an issue in the program that checks for enforcement actions for the past couple of months and a fix was put in place. Anyone who was suspended and supposed to be removed from the program during that time (like the OP) has now been removed and anyone who was not meant to be eligible to join during that time has been removed (ie. people who had an enforcement action within the past year that was not picked up when signing up for the program). Anyone else who has been removed in error should have already been added back into the program, but if not, they would need to contact Ambassador staff who will look into the issue and get them back in.

Receiving an enforcement action (doesn't have to be a suspension/ban) as an Ambassador removes you from the program. That would be a content takedown which would result in remove from the program. An Ambassador can also be removed without enforcement intervening. For example, in your scenario the "text post comment" is reported directly to Ambassador staff because it goes against the program's pledge, Xbox code of conduct, etc. and staff can remove them.

What exactly is the message saying besides past behavior it should give you more information than that?

thats all it says....... due to past behavior. i even logged in via PC and it still came up the same. never got a msg saying anything about suspensions or anything.....

its been like it for months, i had been added to a group but am unable to remove myself or delete that group chat, thats why i added my number n got the code. even after getting the code i get the same msg???

First check the enforcement site to verify that all suspensions are really over: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US

If all suspensions are expired, and you are therefore clear, try the following steps:

1. Remove your account from the Xbox.
2. Give your Xbox a power cycle.
3. Add your account back into the Xbox.
4. Attempt to use the social features now.

I've been doing this for the past 2 months after my communication and multiplayer suspension ended in August. I went ahead to even Hard Reset my Xbox One like a dozen times. The above methods do NOT work AT ALL. Lmfao.
