Remove ads from my email

Please remove ads from my email account. Cant access my email before being forced to watch an ad. Not enough we have to contend with them other places but now our email. Please remove them! Thank you!

normally an ad appears at the top of the inbox and thats it, but remember that it is a free service and you accept the terms of use.

if you are seeing a ad play before getting to the inbox then you may have a popup installed to your browser or some other malware.

They could be removed, I don't care if it's in the term agreement, andni know I'm not the only one who feels this way. I think I will start using one of my other emails and not this one anymore.

Hello James, unfortunately I think it is not possible, as mentioned above it is a free service and Microsoft warned that there would be ads in the email.
