Removal of unwanted puzzle files

Could not find my C drive Where is it?

There was an answer to this question and a reply from FlimsyWings8968 that worked for me, make sure you type into the file explorer exactly how he/she has it spelled...no spaces and capital letters where he/she indicates or you wont get the file you need.

I used the following method to eliminate unwanted puzzle collections:

1. In File Explorer, select your "C"drive.

2. In the search box type "DownloadedPuzzles" without the (")

3. The search should result in the box being populated with a file folder named DownloadedPuzzles.

4. Double click on this folder to obtain a list of puzzle collections on your computer.

5. Select and delete the collections you no longer want."

try clear the system cache. that's the first thing to do. sometimes there are unwanted files that needs to be removed.

thank you FlimsyWings8968! I followed your instructions and it worked. I think one key is to not have a space between downloaded and puzzles. One word. Hooray!
