Hello, I would like for Customer Support/Enforcement Department to send me a private message....

I have a previous suspension on my xbox live account. Unfortunately, when I let my son and his cousins play on my account, they were engaging in bad manners online and got my account suspended for a day. They were using bad communications via messages over
xbox live. Please hear me out and send me a private message. I understand it was a 24/7 hour previous ban, but it is still a blemish. I would like that blemish to be removed. I have an excellent reputation and have had an xbox live account for over 10 years
without any incidents. Please send me a private message as soon as possible. I have spend more than enough money and time on this account. Please, hear me out.

Reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and should actually not be posted on the forums.

Hi My name is Elijah, And I've recently noticed that I have a ban on my Xbox live account, now I see it says threat or harassment and that is common in the rainbow six siege community I'm from where people false report, I believe This has happened and it
wouldn't Be the first, I have had multiple other bans from false reports, it is really angering, nobody want to be banned for something they didn't do, it would be amazing if you could check it out and maybe look into it, I've also already contacted Xbox
about 3 times and I now have a reference number [Mod Removed] Thank you for taking your time to help

 

The enforcement team does not use the forums and support does not handle suspensions/bans. There is no way to have enforcement actions removed from your account and per the terms of service you agreed to, you are responsible for your account at all times.
So it doesn't matter who was actually using the bad communications, your account is still punished because it was done on your account.
