Removal of Friends

Ok so one of my friends is always being removed from my friends list. But I'm not removing him. I have added him as a favorite.

You should be able to fix this issue by redownloading your profile. I found a different post with the solution below:

Select Gamer Profiles.
Select the gamertag that you want to delete.

Vega Taken,

Thanks for letting us know that you're dealing with this problem.

I could totally see how this could be confusing/frustrating.

I wanted to ask, what platforms have you been trying to add him through?

Do you have a 360 or a One?

Also, if you don't , mind me asking, what troubleshooting steps if any have you tried already on your end?

All this info would be a great help in pinpointing the problem and hopefully resolving the issue, so when you get a chance, fill us in a little more on the situation.

Hello Vega,

Sorry for the issue with your friend. You can try to have both of you remove each other, wait about 5 minutes than add each other back as friends. IS it possible also that he may just be going offline? If it persists try

uninstall and reinstall the profile to the console.

Thank you I figured that might be it when I checked multiple of my games and went to invite and seen that it registered I had friends even if the game couldn't pull their profiles. It's good to know for a fact though.
