Remote play... you ruined a good thing. No surprise.

It feels like lately all you do is remove good features or rewards.

Remote play worked almost perfectly in the apps on phone/tablet/PC.

So why on earth can you justify removing it completely in favour of this webpage rubbish that refuses to work? At the very least, couldn't you have just kept the app and introduced the webpage as an additional option?

I, like many other thousands if not millions of disabled gamers, relied on being any to game on our phones when bed bound or unable to sit at a console.

Now we have no ability to do that as the new remote play refuses to work. The ship slides across the screen, then we're hit with a frozen white screen.

Even Playstation has remote play working through the Portal, but you always have to do this stuff and take away what works or what is enticing.

The rewards program, for example, is almost constantly being hit with changes to make redeeming an impossibility unless you're working a 16 hour a day shift on the console.

You used to be the company that was the most inclusive for disabled gamers, but these move has really given that a hit.

Revert back to the remote play within the app, or at the very least allow both the app and webpage options.

Failing this, you will lose thousands of players for more accessible systems.
