    Please can you advise if this will ever be enabled?

    I bought the Series X as a supposed upgrade to my Xbox One. Why is this feature disabled and will it ever be available (if so, when?)?

    I am amazed that Apple products all work together and that Xbox remote play works on my iPad but Microsoft seem to make things very difficult.

    • Known issue: Console streaming to a Windows 10 device from an Xbox Series X|S will not work through the Xbox Console Companion app.
    • Workaround: This feature is only supported through an Xbox One generation device. You can currently stream from an Xbox Series X|S console to an Android or iOS device via the Xbox app. Keep an eye on news.xbox.com for any updates on further support for additional platforms like Windows 10 devices.

    Remote play on Mac

    Since the remote play is truely a feature of Windows 10 playing on a mac without Windows 10 will not work.

    I can confirm however that running a windows 10 parallels VM will in fact let you play and stream the xbox from my macbook pro.

    Xbox is free on windows 10 with the Xbox App where you can stream your xbox to your windows 10 device and see you stats, achievements, friends and many other things

    Other ways of using xbox on your windows 10 device is buy playing xbox anywhere games or xbox enabled games from the windows 10 store
