Remote play on IOS while connected to a WiFi network

Hello, when i first started gameing remotly on my IOS devices i had no problem at all. Now all of a sudden when ever i try to connect to remote gaming through either a secure wifi or a unsecure wifi connection i get the error message “we have found your console but cannot connect to it.” And i have no clue what to do about that! All though when i try to remote play over 5g it works perfectly fine... please help me resolve this issue!
