Remote Play on Android Xbox App flickering if TV is sleep

I have enabled the Remote Play feature on my Xbox one and it is working great except if I put my TV that connected to the Xbox one into sleep mode, the screen on Android Xbox app flickering with black screen every few seconds. If TV is on, remote play is just fine. This makes the remote play feature is quite useless. Is it bug or any configuration I could set to fix?

Turn off the tv during remote play, there's no need for it to be turn on, this will stop that problem

Because android tv box with the exception of chrome cast and nvidia shield doesn't exsist you have media tek based android boxes

It has to be Google play compatible and certified which most phones and tablets are

Android box which usually runs outdated android wouldn't be compatible

Most are still stuck on android 10

You need something with the latest android

Of what you are using is a wireless display app, you won't be able to control the Xbox trough the tv, if your Tv supports android apps you should install the Xbox app, this will allow you to play remotely or while using wireless display the controller must be connected to the Xbox not the TV

I'm using an android. Samsung s23+. My old phone was a Samsung s10+ and that one works great for remote play still. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling console is still set to sleep mode. No error codes. I noticed when I setup the Xbox in the Xbox app on my phone it test my settings and says I'm good to go but I click remote play on this device and it just spins forever and ever.

I'm using Inside build. I was in delta.

but my current firmware version is 10.0.22000.2285 . I believe this version is same version with official latest firmware version.

I followed your instruction. cleared my MAC address but no luck.

and for your information, as I said remote play works with android or iphone.

but PC xbox app remote play is not working when my tv is turned off.

if I turn on my tv first, then connect my xbox series x on my PC then it works perfectly.

but then , if I turn off my tv, then network connection become very unstable (stuttering insanely)

and become disconnected in about one minute.

I tried unplug hdmi cable while remote playing(not turn off tv) . and it behaves same way

and again, none of this issues occur in iphone or android phone xbox app. no matter tv is turned on or off.
