Remote play not working on note 20 plus

Is your Xbox Console in Sleep Power Option? Is your Xbox Console plug in?

Is your Xbox app for mobile detected your Xbox Console?

How far are you from Xbox Console?

May we ask for a screenshot or picture of Test Remote Play of your Xbox Console?

Please ensure that only connected device is your Samsung Note 20 plus.

• As stated on the article, you may connect to a 5 GHz network for better experience.

I've tried everything that you suggested and nothing, everything was and is to the current version. I've tried multiple networks and still nothing.

Everything is good , like I said before, it works perfectly for every other device why not my note 20, all settings are the same.
