    Remote Play Black Screen on latest update.


    Remote play not working I see the Xbox logo as the Xbox turns on then I can’t get anything else. I’m on the news update for insider with the new discord server features. Can anyone help?

    I can’t trouble shoot much but if anyone has a solution Ill try get my partner to solve it at home.

    There's been recent posts about the black screen as of right now microsoft is trying to solve the problem. So far the reason of the black screen is because of the latest update.. anyone who had updated their xbox recently may or may not catch this problem

    Yes. If I’m on my mobile network at work and try to remote play I get black screen.

    When I’m home on my wifi it works fine.

    But when I’m away or even at home and try to remote play on my mobile network I get the black screen. Was working fine before. Don’t know what happened

    Same thing here. Just installed the latest update an hour back and now the Xbox one is stuck on black screen.

    Same issue here. No games will play at all... disc games, downloaded games, x360 games... all get stuck on a black screen after initial startup screen. I uninstalled the latest game update (minecraft) and still having issues. MS support please help

    Having the same issue. Wouldn’t have updated from ios 15.7 if I knew this would be a problem. Does anyone know if there’s a solution on the horizon?!
    Same problem. iOS 16.1.. black screen when on cell service. Remote play works on home wifi.
