Remote issue with Cisco 4742HDC

Here is what I have:

Provider: Cox Hampton Roads

Cable box: Cisco 4742HDC

Surround sound: Sony HDRKS360

TV: Samsung UN55EH6000F

Everything works as it should except for when I change the channel from the xbox one guide. Once selected it does change the channel but it also pops up a full details menu The menu can only be closed by using the cable box remote. I can reach that same
menu by selecting the info button on the cable box remote twice. Any ideas?

Cisco 4742HDC not compatible

I have a Cisco 4742HDC with Cox and it works fine except any time i change channels through oneguide it brings up a show details window on the cable box that takes up most of the screen. It can only be closed by using the cable boxes remote.

Oh that's right.

I can confirm Stumblinh with the Cisco 4742HDC and "2d". When my problem ocurred the 4742HDC would go back and forth between the time and "2d" in the display

We're working on a fix for this, but I believe the problem is with codeset C0877. Can you try using C1877 instead, by typing that into TV & OneGuide Troubleshooting -> Enter a remote code?

C0877 works, but you also lose the ability to use the DVR button in the Xbox One Smartglass application's remote control feature.
