    Just wondering if anyone else is having trouble using Remote Gaming? It allows me to log onto the Remote Gaming home screen, everything seems ok...but when I go to access the game (Gems of War), it comes up 'there seems to be a problem at the moment'. I looked at the errors and there seems to be an outstanding fault with remote access, but that was first raised on the 28th May. Any ideas what's going on?? I can play normally on my console, and use Remote Access on my mobile phone for everything apart from accessing the game.

    This might happen on remotes that has been used just go to you local game dealer to return that remote.

    Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox community. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with Remote play.

    Your Xbox may not be in "Sleep" mode, which is necessary for remote play capabilities, or you may not have enabled the remote features in your console settings if "remote play" is not available. Check your console settings under "Profile & system > Settings > Devices & connections > Remote features" to ensure it's enabled
