Remote downloads not working

I recently entered a code for COD WW2 onto xbox.com and despite all the settings being correct on my Xbox One S the game didn't automatically download nor did it appear on my Ready To Install tab in My Games and Apps.

I had to find the game in the store to download it.

Also I have purchased Gears Of War 4 and used all codes for the previous 4 Gears games on Back Compatibilty yet cannot find them on ready to install or games tabs.

Any news on digital preorders?

hopefully the Xbox One gets remote downloads soon ...... as it stands right now, buying the game online does nothing but put it in standby. you still have to turn the console on and tell it to download it. i'd enjoy digital pre orders as well .. but not
if remote downloads aren't working.

other controllers

i am having trouble getting more than one remote working on download games. for example. It lets my main account work on mine craft but i can't get the other remotes working on it. can you help?

Are you able to queue the download from the Xbox App on a mobile device? If you haven't given that a try, please give that a go.

I figured out how to download it. For me I had to remote download season pass 5 from xbox.com. Check the microsoft instructions to learn how to do to remote download I hope it works for you

also can not test remote download as I have an iPhone :/

Remote download is supposed to work
with the web store, not just the Smartglass app.
