Remote downloads are not working for me since Friday jan 4th

2.1.1312.2401 On a Surface Pro 2. Playing Klondike. Change happens with the update that I downloaded from the store on Friday Jan 10th

Important Update Important!

With my suggested settings, everything worked awesome at first. Then I started having some issues. I checked the system log and saw some weird activity to my xbox one (192.168.1.8)

There are many weird ports that are not used by xbox live. I believe that may have been the cause of my issues.

I reset WAN settings (Firewall) to default.

I will continue to troubleshoot getting the best connection while preventing this weird activity.

If you pre-ordered Mass Effect Andromeda during the promotional period (Jan 1st to present) and it has been over 96 hours since the purchase then there is probably a hang-up that the staff needs to correct.

They will reply to you here. They work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically take 1-2 business days to reply.

Just tried once again and no luck. I have had this problem since 4pm Eastern on Friday 25 Jan. Xbox Live support was notified at 5pm. Expect this an issue that will be resolved once the M-F staff return on Monday. Bummer....

From what support told me it’s just a temporary ban that lasts until Jan the 4th. I just don’t want to wait that long because I don’t have the money to return this one and afford another being the holidays and all.
