Remote download and disc game co-exists?! Disc not accepted?

AC Syndicate - but i suspect could be anything else

Issue

I noticed around 50-60% of the install that there is some small scratch on the disc, even it is already "ready to play". I started it to check whether even the program crashes but i could play 5-10 min without any issues.

Due to this issue I tried installing from App - download whole ~45gb from web. (not store, web... i have no digital copy)

After the download it does not start, the disc version and the downloaded version coexists on the same console.

Validation

I tried the same thing with another game i never inserted into my console before (AC Origins...btw).

Download completed, game started, prompted for disc.... and it worked like in 5 seconds after inserting the disc.

But not with Syndicate.

Troubleshooting steps

Ok i deleted the saved status of the Syndicate and now i reseted the whole console to factory, erasing all content.

I did not restore console settings from previous one. (not that it would have to do anything with this ...but to make sure)

As a first step i turned off auto play disc.

Second step, downloaded the game, triggered via mobile app.

Started the downloaded game and when prompted i put in the disc....

Exactly the same thing is happening! Not recognising the disc for the license. It is installed but it can be installed from disc as well.

If i go to installed games data i see that AC Syndicate is 100% installed.

If i go to the store and game card i can bring up installation status saying it is 0% installed.

Still not working

I suspected originally that some meta info is saved about games on the HDD but now that i reseted the whole console i only have the idea that the meta info about game source is saved in my cloud profile info.

Which is bad because i have no clue what to do with this.

Any tips/suggestion is welcome other than already performed and mentioned above.
