Remote connect

Hey there,

this might be related to the current outage on Xbox Live. it was reported around 12;15pm PST (about two hours ago at the time I'm writing this) There are some limited things you can do on Xbox consoles right now like using streaming apps to watch TV/movies, but last i checked on my system, games are a no go and some account apps aren't working properly either.

hi, have you checked that xbox and pc are connected to the same internet line? have you checked the Xbox settings for power saving mode?

if you are remote playing to a pc or mobile device you shouldn't need a code it should pick up the devices on your network or the devices linked to your Microsoft Account

Do you mean the code given to you to connect your Microsoft account to Minecraft by remote connect?

When you try to play Minecraft online on PlayStation 4 or Nintendo Switch, you will be required to link your Microsoft Account to the game in order to connect to online multiplayer servers. As soon as you try to sign in it will show you a message asking you to go to the remote connect website and gives you the code to use there. So the code is in the message you receive on the platform.
