remnant Save files

Hey !

I got a save file problem with my "Remnant from the ashes" game, I have the game on epic and on Game pass too, I would like to play on the Xbox Game pass but it would be great if i could play with my previous epic games save files. I tried to copy and paste my saved files to the appdata folder, but I cant find the Remnant folder, I already found the epic one but I didnt see the Game pass's folder, Can anyone help me where can I find the folder of the game pass's games?

Unfortunately, saved files cannot be transferred cross-platform!

Have you tried deleting all files from the folder and starting the game to see if the progress is resynchronized with the cloud?

I just did, twice to make sure and it just starts with a new character and a Xbox pop up appears on my screen saying it's synchronizing then fully synchronizes with no change in game. The container file in the game saves file reset from being 103 to 4 so I know some type of change happened.

Have you tried deleting all files from the folder and starting the game to see if the progress is resynchronized with the cloud?

I saw that you managed to regain progress up to a certain point, but not the items in your inventory.

Perhaps the developer can retrieve these items but you will have to contact them. On this link, you can do this.
