    Bonjour,

    j'ai acheter Battlefield V deluxe editon et fallout 76 tricentennial au mois d'octobre il me les a télécharger puis début novembre j'ai regarder sur mais historique d'achat les deux jeux on étais refusé mais je n'ai reçu aucun remboursement .

    j'aimerais que l'on me rembourse ou que le mon offre les deux version acheter merci . parce que la je suis très énervés

    Hello,

    If you pre-ordered the games via a Credit or Debit Card you only get changed 5-10 before the release date.

    If the pre-orders did not go through it will mainly be due to the Bank blocking the transaction or insufficient funds.

    The best thing to do is check your Bank statements and see if you have been charged if you have please contact Offical Xbox Support via Web Chat or Request a Call

    Thank you but I did not ask for the cancellation of both games.
    For the purchases I received the bank which certifies my purchase so thank you but it is not the fault of the bank or me .

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention.

    When Pre-orders are made with currency for the full amount, then it will take away the amount on the same day.

    Although, when making purchases with a debit/credit as posted above, it will take within 7-10 business days for it to go through. (Before the release)

    If the amount is not available within the 7-10 business days, then the purchase will not be completed.

    (The game can still be installed during the time before the purchase is complete or failed to be bought, but it will not be playable.)

    The funds will still be available within your account and if the funds where taken, then they will be pushed back to the account.

    (It may not be shown in the statement sometimes, but if you calculate the amount you will see the funds are still in the account.)
