https://account.microsoft.com/services with the account that made the purchase. Here you'll be able to see the membership and either cancel or turn off auto renewal for it.

You may want to request a call back from support and speak to someone directly. It's gonna be hard to request a refund if you don't have access to the account making the purchases.

You can request a free call-back by signing on at
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us and selecting Billing. When prompted to speak to a virtual agent, decline it. After answering a few more
questions, you should get the option to request a callback.

Hi. You can only request a refund from official Xbox support once. Make sure that you are certain if this game you bought is what you want a refund. Plus, you cannot refund it if you unlocked an achievement for it.
